1933

The mansion, on the south slope of Seattle's Queen Anne Hill, was built in 1933. The Mediterranean Renaissance Revival house is clad entirely in Gladding-McBean glazed terra cotta tiles with a heavily detailed entrance, windows, and cornices. The roof is also made of glazed terra cotta tiles.
